1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Ferry Loom online store and to any order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Products

We sell vintage-style apparel: t-shirts, long-sleeve tees, sweatshirts and hoodies. Each item is made for you after you order it. We show colours and designs as accurately as we can, but screens differ and every garment is printed individually, so small differences in colour, print position and size can occur. Sizes are listed in our Size Guide.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Discounts and offers apply only as described on the store and during their stated dates, and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error and refund any payment in full.

4. Orders and cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering by contacting us; after that, your item may already be in production.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and problems

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or not as ordered, we replace it free or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

7. Designs and intellectual property

The designs, text, photos and graphics on this store belong to Ferry Loom or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written consent. Our designs are original artwork; we do not sell licensed products and are not affiliated with any team, school, city, state or brand named or pictured.

8. Use of the store

Please do not misuse the store, attempt to access it without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
