Short version: if something is wrong with your order, we fix it free. Because every item is printed just for you, we cannot take back items that are right but no longer wanted.
Damaged, misprinted, defective or wrong item
Send a clear photo and your order number through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement, or refund you if we cannot replace it. You do not need to send the item back.
Wrong size
Because each item is printed to order, we cannot exchange sizes. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
