Every item is made for you

Each shirt, sweatshirt and hoodie is made after you order it, in your chosen design, colour and size. Because of this we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for the wrong size. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact form with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. You do not need to send the item back.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as lost, or as delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number and we will help resolve it.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us. After that, your item may already be in production and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
