When will my order arrive?
Each item is printed after you order. Printing usually takes 2–7 business days (up to 10 in busy periods), then standard shipping inside the US takes 2–5 business days. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Where is it printed?
In the USA, by our print partners. Tees and raglans are printed by one US partner; crewnecks and hoodies by a second.
Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
Tees and sweatshirts are printed at different US print shops, so a mixed order can ship as two parcels with two tracking numbers.
How do the shirts fit?
All styles are unisex. The heavyweight garment-dyed tee has a relaxed fit; the soft tee has a classic retail fit. Our Size Guide has a measured chart for every style.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us through our contact form within 12 hours of ordering. Once printing has started we cannot change or cancel it.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo and your order number through our contact form within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement (or refund you if we cannot replace it). See Returns & Exchanges.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 US states.
How should I wash it?
Cold, inside out, tumble dry low. More in Care.
